Danielle created Candelle & Co in 2015. Having a vision to make home fragrancing not just smell fabulous but look fabulous and stand out.

She first began experimenting with different types of wax and wicks and fell in love with the wooden wick and soy blend which naturally enhanced the fragrance of the candles.

Danielle made a break through when she created a candle with the slogan 'Prosecco Made me do it' This product went Viral and got her seen on the internet market. Not only was the quote popular but the scent she chose for the candle has been one of the biggest seller ever since.

Candelle & Co has become one of Glasgow iconic Candle brands and have already branched out in to other products.

What makes it unique? Well there is no fancy factory, or design team, no sales assistant or production team. Just Danielle making the products from start to finish. She is front of house and back office.

Danielle says "I started off experimenting with different materials, designs and showing family and friends and people instantly loved them. The brand itself was pretty much a reflection of my personality. I am very much a Black or White Girl, there is no in-between" The Fun phrases is what made the brand stand out, a little tongue and cheek to make a funky gift for a fabulous friend or family member."

Danielle also Loves working with other small businesses and self employed like minded people. "Collaborations have been so much fun, It is a pleasure collaborating with all these other amazing small businesses."
